All pieces are made to order and arrive simply yet beautifully wrapped, in a chocolate brown box with a ribbon to untie. Our chocolate brown jewelry boxes are 100% recycled and made in the USA. White synthetic cotton filler is 100% recycled and manufactured with renewable hydroelectric energy. When you make your purchase, your order will go into production and you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated ship date (orders usually ship within two weeks of your purchase date). We ship via US Priority Mail, with a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping within the U.S. and $28.00 for international shipping. Once your purchase has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package. For security reasons, all packages must be signed for.We ship worldwide however, we do not ship to Post Office boxes or to U.S. territories (including, but not limited to: American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Wake Island). You may be liable for applicable duties and sales tax that may be charged by your local customs authorities at the country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country and we have no control over these charges. Should you have customs related questions, please contact your local customs office. - To maintain the luster of your jewelry, place it in a box or storage container to minimize tarnish. We recommend storing each piece of your jewelry separately, in order to avoid damage.
- Remove your jewelry when performing manual tasks in order to prevent physical damage or exposure to cleaning fluids and chemicals.
- Perfumes, lotions, cosmetics and hairspray may contain chemicals that can damage jewelry & stones. Putting jewelry on after applying these materials may limit exposure to potential damage.
- Chlorinated water can react with the metals and stones found in jewelry causing color changes and even structural damage. Always remove jewelry before swimming or entering a spa.
- Even beads strung on heavy gauge wire may require repair periodically.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return any item purchased on heirloomsandgodesses.com within 14 days of the delivery date, here is how:
- Simply Click here to contact us with your return request and we will issue you a return number. Your return must be in its original unworn condition (packaging included), otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. You must pay for return shipping, tracking and insurance. We do not refund delivery or shipping charges and Heirlooms & Goddesses is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please note: if your return does not meet the above referenced criteria, the package will be sent back to you.
- When we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your refund will be issued. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
